Smarteam Foundation Server與Community Server分別安裝在不同兩台機器上的步驟

目的：當客戶要求Smarteam Foundation Server與web server(webeditor server/community server) 必須安裝在不同機器上時的安裝步驟。

環境：
Smarteam Foundation Server:ST_Server
Community Workspace Server:ST_Community_Server

步驟如下：
Smarteam Foundtion Server：
1、 安裝Smarteam Foundation Server Service

Community WorkSpace Server：
1、 安裝Smarteam Editor（Administrator Tools/Database Connection manager）
2、 安裝Community WorkSpace
3、 使用Database Connection manager連線至工作DB，按右建設定此Connection是Smarteam-Community WorkSpace


注意：
如果Community Workspace Server這台機器先安裝.net framework再安裝IIS，會造成IIS無法解析aspx的網頁型態（瀏覽時只是文字瀏覽畫面），解決方法如下：
DOS環境下輸入指令：aspnet_regiis -I
Aspnet_regiis指令位置：C:\WINNT\Microsoft.NET\Framework的各個版本目錄底下

從兩天前開始建了這個blog後，人就好像著了魔了的一樣，沒事就過來部落格這邊晃兩下，那邊點幾下，一下子一天就過了，好像今天也沒做到什麼事，哈......

其實這個blog的目的，只是想把平常在客戶那邊工作遇到的問題以及解決的方法提出來跟大家分享，尤其在plm這一塊，冷門的要死，遇到問題的時候根本沒人理你，上面壓你，客戶催你，我只好回去罵狗。也不希望能有多好的成果累積出來，如果能夠以這個小小部落格為中心，累積出一串有用的技術文章，凝聚一點小小的台灣plm力量，這樣就夠了。

另外，平常我也有玩一點關鍵字行銷的部分，所以部落格理會有一些廣告，反正閒著也是閒著，就申請來放著，我沒有鼓勵大家去點喔，你們就好像不小心或是晃神不小心點到那就可以了，^3^b

實在當工程師當太久了，等到真的要坐下來寫一些文章，才發現還真的寫不出什麼東西耶，就這樣吧，反正以後有關一些smarteam啊，CATIA啊，最近的multi-cad sde等的拉哩拉紮的東西，有空就會丟上來，如果大家有時間也回應一下吧。

建構設計與製造之連動

日本製造業的優勢在於設計部門與製造部門的互動，而背後支撐此架構的則是近來日本企業建構的PLM方案。設計部門一改過去閉門造車的狀態，與製造部門的聯繫變得更積極，這也被認為是近年來工廠回歸日本國內風潮興起的理由之一。本文列舉多家日本公司執行PLM的方法，將有助您從中學到更多的相關管理方法及概念。
建構設計與製造之連動－PLM之實際運用〈上〉
1. 以BOM為中心，謀求互動之革新

今後以BOM為中心運作的工作將不再侷限於設計方面，預計將建立可提升所有業務執行效率的架構。希望能整合過去各自獨立、目的不同的BOM，具體來說例如企畫BOM、設計BOM、生產BOM、採購BOM、維修BOM等，使其可以靈活運用，這樣的架構也運用於提供資訊給海外的生產據點。

2. 將資訊集中於兩個系統

PDM方面主要負責管理技術資料─E-BOM，而生產管理系統則負責生產資料─M-BOM（註解2），再依狀況互相交流資訊，提升工作效率。藉由將必要資訊全部一元化並相互連動的方式，除了可以省去重新輸入資料的麻煩外，由於所有的資訊都公開化，也可以提升業務效率。
日本的優勢在於設計部門與製造部門的互動，而背後支撐此架構的則是近來日本企業的PLM方案（Product Lifecycle Management，產品生命週期管理）。為了設計開發及生產轉移須建構什麼樣的框架？PLM已成為產品開始設計前決定勝負的關鍵。由「PLM2006年大會」的演說中，可以看見PLM的發展近況。

PLM的目標已逐漸明朗，其最大目的為設計與製造之整合。PLM之原始概念「對產品的生命週期進行整體管理」，乍看之下或許十分狹獈，但其實不然。因為從設計到轉移生產之過程中產生的技術資訊，正是PLM所有的基本要素。

由先進使用者之案例中，可以發現過去單純從PDM改名為PLM時所不曾出現的穩建成長。以下就讓我們從日經造物雜誌主辦的研討會「PLM2006年大會」的主辦者討論會中，以「設計與製造之互動」及「利用設計前之計畫提升設計品質」為主題，審視近來PLM之進展。據某位已五年未曾參加PLM相關講座的技術人員表示，這次的講座解決了他五年前遭遇的難題。

設計與製造之互動
在日經造物雜誌的調查中也顯示，各公司建構PLM之首要目的已變成「設計與製造互動」（註解1）。可見對於該如何分享何種資訊已有了較明確的認知。此外，設計部門也一改過去閉門造車的狀態，與製造部門的聯繫變得更積極。

設計與製造合作無間，創造高品質之產品，此乃日本較容易發揮之處。這也被認為是近年來工廠回歸日本國內風潮興起的理由之一，PLM系統日益重要，成為支撐日本優勢之根基。

以BOM為中心，謀求互動之革新
最近，Mitsubishi（三菱電機）全公司上下都在努力推動以BOM（Bill Of Material, 物料清單）為中心的製造革新。具體來說，他們並非採取完成設計圖或立體模型後，再透過分析來得知BOM的方法，而是一開始就利用BOM來檢討QCDE（Quality、Cost、Delivery、Environment；品質、成本、運送、環境）。將BOM運用於之後的設計、資材、採購、製造、維修等各階段過程，設法提升作業效率。他們認為如果事前完成經過審慎檢討的BOM，則設計與製造之配合也可順利進行。

實際上，30幾年前，Mitsubishi訂立的設計規章中就已經記載「於開發產品並將之實體化時，首先從評估BOM開始著手。」此一理念已確立多年。但是，據Mitsubishi情報Network東京本社之PDM推進Project Group Manager前川宗久表示，「過去並未建立可將此種理念轉化為具體業務之架構。」因此多半仍是從設計圖直接進入製造BOM（Manufacturing BOM, M-BOM），幾乎不做設計BOM（Engineering BOM, E-BOM）方面的評估。

本來各項過程就應當是以BOM作為核心來運作（圖2），於是他們現在先以確實完成E-BOM為目標進行改善。在E-BOM階段，確實進行QCDE的確認，正確無誤後才會正式發行設計圖，將其轉換為M-BOM。

另外，該公司大多數的部門先以書面評估E-BOM、利用CAD進行設計，之後再以CAD資料製作正式E-BOM。但部分較前衞的部門會採先完成E-BOM的作業方式，實際流程為先叫出雛形E-BOM，採沿用編輯的方式，以該E-BOM為基礎，透過CAD來進行變更零件或追加零件之設計，進而製作出新E-BOM。

某間事業所開發出即使在沒有設計圖的狀態下，也可以利用BOM來判斷成本、可靠性、是否符合環保訴求等資訊的程式。直接沿用既有的BOM，先行檢討QCD的部分。另外，有些事業所為了在設計初期時能進行有害物質管理作業，開始有效地善用BOM。

今後以BOM為中心運作的工作將不再侷限於設計方面，預計將建立可提升所有業務執行效率的架構。希望能整合過去各自獨立、目的不同的BOM，具體來說例如企畫BOM、設計BOM、生產BOM、採購BOM、維修BOM等，使其可以靈活運用，這樣的架構也運用於提供資訊給海外的生產據點。

將資訊集中於兩個系統
以汽車製造商之物流系統為主要業務的大福（Daifuku）AFA事業部，於2002年開始著手進行生產改革。由於中國市場急速興起，汽車業界出現全球性的重整等因素，導致縮短交貨期、降低成本及提升可靠性等要求變得愈加嚴苛，促使大福進行改革。

AFA事業部生產改革目標是「建構從設計到生產一貫化的系統」。活用最新的IT技術，力求建構出可以有效率提升工作進度與精度的系統（圖3）。具體來說，就是要將過去以書面保存的資訊全部整合進PDM與生產管理系統，讓兩個系統得以互相連動。

在導入此種系統時，必須注意確實掌握應有的定位。如果無法確認使用者希望建立的究竟是什麼樣的架構，往往會迷失在眾多可能的解答當中，失去了本身應有的定位。這時，AFA與實務負責人共同訂立計畫方案，實裝計劃採取由下往上驗証的方式。

在PDM方面，決定幾個可能的候補系統後，請實際使用者接受操作講習。雖然本來應該是在導入系統後才進入操作講習的，但這種方法可以馬上知道該系統是否符合自己的需求，同時也可以針對反應時間及實際操作時的親和性等一併評估。

架構好系統後，PDM方面主要負責管理技術資料─E-BOM，而生產管理系統則負責生產資料─M-BOM（註解2），再依狀況互相交流資訊，提升工作效率。藉由將必要資訊全部一元化，並相互連動的方式，除了可以省去重新輸入資料的麻煩外，由於所有的資訊都公開化，也可以提升業務效率。

透過連動系統大幅提昇作業效率的，便是由沿用設計至發行設計圖的業務流程。由於汽車的生產系統幾乎都是獨立訂單，因此每次接單後都必須重新設計。但是，由於大多零件都有類似品，因此可沿用既有設計。此外，為了縮短交期，工時較長的外購品或大型物件必須分開考量，先行提出細部的設計圖。

在新系統中，產品的雛形資料將可藉由PDM進行系統化處理。善加利用這些資料，可以防止衍生設計陷入胡亂擴張的失控狀態。另外，在選取沿用設計時，系統會自動分配給該設計一個序號，同時也會在檔案中留下記錄。

關於先行提出設計圖方面，透過計畫控管機能可確實掌握各零件所需之生產時間。依照生產時間，需要準備之零件資訊會從整體構成中被分離出來，傳送到生產管理系統處，以利安排下單手續。

1. 統合數個資料庫之效果

長野沖並未捨棄舊有的資料庫，而是變更資料將其集中收錄於新零件資料庫內。日後新增的零件則同時在新舊資料庫中進行登記。即使在系統開始運作後，資料的整理工作仍在持續進行。以新設立的前置作業用零件資料庫搭配製作組裝基板之圖面、NC資料等生產設計方面的工具程式，可使製作NC資料的時間縮短為原本的85%，而日後更有可能縮短為僅需原本一半的時間。
2. 將開發知識系統化

V-3P透過將工程師所累積的許多知識回饋到沒有實物的數位資料之方式，達成在開發初期盡可能提升品質之目的。由於在數位資料階段就充分活用過去累積的知識，現在已經使開發期間縮短為10.5個月，而變更設計的次數則減少了75～85%。
利用PLM支援初步製造計畫
Nagano Oki（長野沖）電氣是Oki（沖電氣集團）旗下電器相關產品之核心工廠，除了接受製造訂單之外，也提供從實裝設計開始進行的EMS服務。為了特別加強EMS服務，長野沖試圖提升當顧客要求變更設計時的處理速度，以及縮短完成試作品的時間。為達成這些目的，必須盡快將顧客所擁有的設計資訊等傳給公司各部門，相對地，公司方面也需要確實將內部的生產或品質等資訊傳達給顧客，因此建構了以前置作業為主的IT系統「D-Shop」，於2006年4月正式開始運作。
D-Shop的業務範圍以PCB（電路板）為主軸，包括了實裝設計、生產設計、製作實裝機用的NC資料，以及收集並管理檢查結果等。其中最重要的則是統整零件資料庫的工作（圖4）。

雖然在構築起D-Shop之前，該公司內部就已經存在許多個零件資料庫，但卻缺乏足以涵蓋整個前置作業流程的資料庫。舉例來說，有組裝圖用資料庫、合作廠商使用的模組設計用資料庫、製作實裝機NC資料之資料庫等，每個過程或部門都各自運用不同的資料庫。因此有時會造成相同的零件於資料上的原點或方向、1pin的位置等方面有所差異的狀況。而且，接單生產時，零件是由委託企業提供的，但EMS則需由公司內部調度零件，即使是相同的零件，有時包裝型態（捲帶式、托盤、條狀式等）也會有所不同。但卻沒有可以對應這些問題的資料庫。

於是，新設立了製造前置作業用零件資料庫。除了零件編號之外，還記載了包裝方式、顧客的產品編號或零件編號，針對不同用途調整原點位置後的修正資訊等豐富的資料。

長野沖並未捨棄舊有的資料庫，而是變更資料將其集中收錄於新零件資料庫內。日後新增的零件則同時在新舊資料庫中進行登記。即使在系統開始運作後，資料的整理工作仍在持續進行。

以這個資料庫為基礎製作基板之組裝圖面、製作NC資料等，組合生產設計所需的的工具。例如，現在製作NC資料的時間已縮短為原本的85%，而日後更有可能縮短為僅需原本一半的時間即可完成。

然而，縮短各項作業時間的成果只能算是達到了當初建構系統目標的一半。長野沖希望能向顧客公開公司的標準零件資料，讓顧客運用。如此一來，顧客將可以在更短的時間內獲得產品，他們認為像這樣的資訊分享及資訊提供也是非常重要的。

在設計前就先提升品質
3次元Auto CAD提升了設計的效率及品質，使後續作業可以更加順利。但是，相關的作業範圍變更廣範了。諸如事先完成相關知識的準備；將產品本身平台化，提升更換零件時的便利性；面對獨立訂單時，在決定規格前先進行大略評估等，以上都屬於相關的作業範疇。也就是說，勝負的關鍵在於開始設計之前的準備工作，先進使用者往往會採取利用IT來支援這些工作的方法。

將開發知識系統化
Nissan（日產汽車）的新開發流程「V-3P」由2001年2月開始運作，「V-3P」的主要目標在提昇效率及減半開發時間。據Nissan技術開發本部Engineering Process推進室室長（V-3P推進負責人）福士敬吾表示，「如果只是要使開發時間減半，追加經費或人員都有可能達成這個目標，但若希望提升研發效率的同時，並以相同資源縮減一半開發時間的話，就需要技術上的革新了。」

為了實現技術革新，Nissan將焦點放在如何有效活用製造汽車的知識。V-3P將工程師累積的許多知識回饋到沒有實物的數位階段，藉此達成在開發初期盡可能提升品質之目的。

現在，Nissan只會進行一次試作。在設計部門完成所有的工作，亦即「定型」後，只會進行唯一的一次量產試作。在過去，定型前必須進行兩次開發試作。之所以能減少試作次數，正是因為在電腦繪圖的過程中就已獲得知識回饋而充分提高了製品品質之故。

那麼，這些知識是如何反映在數位階段的？最具代表性的工具為，3次元Auto CAD中導入了資深作業員工作流程的「Know-how CAD」（註解3）。Know-how CAD能重現資深作業員的進攻策略，以及掌握的重點等，可以徹底分析出設計步驟，以流程方式重現設計脈絡。

可由資料解析的項目約增加為原來的兩倍。即使不進行實驗，利用資深作業員過去累積的知識尋求解決方案的範圍變得更加寬廣。舉例來說，近年來新增的可解析項目之一為「油箱內的汽油流動狀況」。透過解析得知，汽油殘量較少時會因撞擊箱壁而引起噪音，因此得以針對這個問題進行降低噪音的改善措施（圖5）。

另外，為了讓顧客駕駛時能夠更輕鬆愉快，Nissan也設法針對各種操控性進行解析。例如模擬人類將高爾夫球具袋放進行李箱的動作，試圖藉此找出改善行李箱形狀的方法，盡量減少同樣動作對不同身高的人所造成的負荷差異。還有，為了能夠更加嚴謹地模擬人類行動，最近開始利用可將真人動作實際反映在人型模組程式上的動態捕捉系統。

在生產準備部門方面，為使現場作業員能夠在實際接觸製品的訓練前提升技術純熟度，建構了e學習系統（圖6）。透過立體模型動畫觀看資深作業員進行作業時的行動，先充分加深作業的印象，之後再利用量產試作的方式進行檢證。

透過這些方法，V-3P得以在數位階段就充分活用過去累積的知識，已經使開發期間縮短為現在的10.5個月，而變更設計的次數則減少了75～85%。

建構設計與製造之連動－PLM之實際運用〈下〉

1. 利用IT系統連結業務與設計部門

當業務部門確認顧客要求的規格時，由設計部門提供支援，用這種方式來避免業務接下規格超出工廠製作能力的訂單。架構起這樣的系統也讓三木Pullry滿足了ISO9001的要求條件。包括顧客的要求事項之記錄與評價；顧客、業務部門與設計部門間的聯絡記錄；保存設計研發的資料與圖面；評價記錄；經由試作確認安全性之記錄；設計變更記錄等，全部可由系統統一管理。

2. 結合標準化與IT、削減成本

在推動產品標準化方面，該公司設立了由資深技術人員組成，有「第三開發集團」之稱的專門部隊。除了對零件及平台進行改良之外，也為了讓第一線的設計者願意運用標準規格而想出了各種方法。確實提供最新資訊之架構，設法讓設計者了解成本資訊以增進其採用標準零件之動機外，充實故障等問題的應變措施。完成平台化的產品，在要推出改良型時，由於只需變更欲強化或簡化機能之部分，所以也能夠大幅減少工時。


將設計與業務間的往來IT化
生產傳動機械、控制機械的MikiPullry（三木Pullry）公司（本社位於川崎市），其設計部門與業務部門利用IT系統連絡，藉由確認產品的詳細規格，設法減少因修訂而浪費的時間。三木Pullry承接大量包含設計的製造案件，如果顧客提出的要求規格不夠明確，日後往往會發生成品與顧客認知有落差而需要修改的狀況，最糟的時候甚至必須重做，造成公司損失。在業務部門確認顧客規格的階段，經由設計部門的支援，避免接下規格超出工廠製作能力的訂單。

業務部門接到訂單後，會在系統上填寫「新式設計指示書」（圖7）。設計部門則根據指示書中的資料進行評估，並針對不清楚或有疑點的部分進行詢問或確認。這些對談過程全部由系統處理，同時從接單到確定規格之間的討論資料也都會在系統中留下記錄。所利用的是Groupware程式的「討論功能」（註解4）。

完全確定規格後，相關資訊會傳送到設計部門的PDM系統，PDM即開始安排整個設計計畫的資訊管理架構。設計部門將利用這個架構來進行設計作業，設計過程中完成的文件資料、圖面資料或測試結果資料都會陸續存入系統。業務部門可以觀看或查詢文件資料，也可以利用程式展開圖面資料。像這樣的專案，據說每個月可完成100件以上。

確定設計後，將設計圖交給生產部門的步驟同樣由系統來處理。首先，設計者要利用PDM系統為各個新零件進行編號，接著根據PDM系統內的設計資訊製作交給生產部門的零件表及設計圖，最後通知生產部門。生產部門接到通知後，會參照PDM系統，以印出零件表及設計圖等資料之類的方式進行運用。

過程中的所有資訊也會與三木Pullry的核心系統連結，並進而傳送到合作公司的系統。在新零件獲得編號時，核心系統的產品項目資料庫也會隨之更新。另外，產品結構資訊也會反映在核心系統上。因設計變更等因素而使項目或架構之資訊變動時，系統也會同步更新合作公司的系統資料。

架構起這樣的系統也讓三木Pullry滿足了ISO9001的要求條件。包括顧客的要求事項之記錄與評價；顧客、業務部門與設計部門間的聯絡記錄；保存設計研發的資料與圖面；評價記錄；經由試作確認安全性之記錄；設計變更記錄等，全部可由系統統一管理。不過，三木Pullry技術部部長平山裕英表示：「這個系統並不是為了ISO9001所建立的，純粹只是為了記錄日常業務處理結果」。

結合標準化與IT、削減成本
Fuji Xerox在1990年代中期全面導入3次元Auto CAD，除設計部門本身之外，與相關部門進行Design Review（DR）時也使用3次元圖面，實施「全員設計」政策，對開發過程進行大幅度改革。雖然Fuji Xerox已經充分活用了IT工具，但開發成本的降低幅度，研發時間的縮短幅度卻都低於事前預測的目標，設計變更的案件量也出人意外地並未減少。Fuji Xerox開發管理本部技術企劃部標準化推進Group Manager津田信一表示，「雖然我們認為只須導入工具就可提昇作業效率，但效果仍有其極限。」

Fuji Xerox於2002年開始推動零件標準化及產品平台化，效果相當驚人。2005年，雖然開發的機種數量為2002年時的兩倍，但同年的成本卻減少了130億日圓，變更設計的個案數也比2004年減少了40%。另外，透過將使用者介面從原本的7種整合成3種的方式，使消費者得以在短時間內熟悉新機種之操作。
在推動產品標準化方面，該公司設立了由資深技術人員組成，有「第三開發集團」之稱的專門部隊。除了對零件及平台進行改良之外，也為了讓第一線的設計者願意運用標準規格而想出了各種方法（圖8）。除建立可確實提供最新資訊之架構、設法讓設計者了解成本資訊以增進其採用標準零件之動機外，另外也充實了故障等問題的應變措施。

倘若沒有這些措施，本來就因為不希望受到限制而對標準化抱持戒心的設計者，萬一又在過程中碰上所用的標準零件發生問題的話，可能會讓他們完全不想再使用這類零件。即使問題在於設計者本身並未在適當的條件下使用標準零件，他們仍然可能會誤認為是廉價零件不堪使用的關係。
因此，在出現問題時就要解明其原因，讓設計者了解可使零件順利運作之確實條件。設法讓設計者擁有「零件可以順利運作」的安心感。如同津田所說的，「共通化架構可以採由下而上的方式建立，但標準化架構就必須從上往下推行。」雖說只是單純改善第一線的工作情況，但仍必須以整個組織來推動。
完成平台化的產品，在要推出改良型時，由於只需變更欲強化或簡化機能之部分，所以也能夠大幅減少工時（圖9）。Fuji Xerox第二階段的目標為能藉此創造出降低成本的效果。
